Much as sexual intercourse is natural and healthy all precautions for having safe sex should be considered before one commits to the act. It may matter not whether you are in love or not. whether you care for your sex partner or not. Whatever motivates you into an act of sexcapade should always be preceded with the thought of 'safety first'. Be prepared for the consequences. Apart from the possibility of unwanted pregnancy, the chances of contracting sexually transmitted infections should never be overlooked. Funny enough, majority of women would mention the fear of pregnancy before, during and after an act of sexual indulgence! It's as if the obvious exposure to diseases even in this era of AIDS, does not scare them to frigidity! Trust alone does not work, and especially so in unmarried couples. Even in marriage, when there is enough tension to warrant mistrust then the possibility of condom use ought to be discussed as the couple seek for a lasting solution. And in cases of discordant couples ( when one partner is H.I.V. positive ,while the other is negative), the use of condoms during conjugal communion should be a subject for discussion. Most people find it rather amusing that a married couple can even think of using condoms, but one must care about themselves as well as their partners. When the situation calls for condom use or total abstinence, then there is no other option. Either make use of condoms or forget about sex altogether! It should not come as a surprise that most men cannot use condoms appropriately, this is not automatic. Men must take the responsibility of getting to know how to use condoms because improper condom use can easily lead to condom breakage/leakage and in some cases a condom can even slip off the male organ and remain in the vaginal canal! Women too have now been sexually empowered! Femidoms (condoms specifically designed for women) are now available. At least the enlightened woman has a say when it comes to condom use. If the man does not have a condom on hand, don't feel ashamed, go ahead and surprise him by using the female condom! Mostly women are disadvantaged because the use of condoms seems to be a decision that can only be undertaken by men. In fact most women would silently pray that the man they are about to have sex with has condoms with him, otherwise they just accept the situation as it is. No matter what do not allow yourself to suffer silently. Take the bold step and use your 'condom sense' for safe and worry free sex!
No one should be forced to engage in unsafe sexual encounters.

Most sexual problems are more of psychological issues rather than physical. In PsychoSex we get the opportunity of trying to educate, inform, remedy and give appropriate counsel/advice and share knowledge concerning the mysteries, myths, fallacies, stereotyping, facts/fiction of human sexual intercourse in an entertaining no holds barred attitude! Your mind is the basis of your erogenous zones! If you don't have an "erectile mind", then certainly you won't be able to enjoy the pleasures of sex!

Unplug Your Mind
It's only naturally to feel Horny, honey! For most people the subject of sex is taboo. No wonder many people are afraid of even trying to seek for remedy when it's so obvious that they have a sexual problem. People are suffering in silence because of ignorance. There's every reason for each and everyone of us to get as much information as possible concerning this emotionally connecting magical sexperince; human sexual intercourse. When it's ingrained in your mind that sex is dirty, know that you can never get to enjoy any kind of intimacy to the fullest even when in a steady relationship or married. We need to unplug our minds, stop being so conservative and ever naïve and become more adventurous in matters of intimacy and sensual sexcapades! We are sexual beings! That a matter of fact! The only thing that should really be worrying us is sexual paranoia, phobias and other negative attitudes that only serve to make us starve of sex instead of being well informed to the point of being able to make the right decisions when it comes to the who, where, when, why and hows of sex! Why for instance should a sane, healthy , mature lady fail to get 'laid' when she knows the kind of man she would really want to have a relationship with? Even a one night stand!! A real lady waits for a man to seduce her..... Very wrong! A real lady has the freedom to 'mingle and jiggle' when she feels like. Waiting for a man to make the first move may only mean that only those men who fancy her or who are not intimidated by her have a chance of dipping their prods into her honey pot! Women need to enjoy sex as much as men do, and therefore should never be afraid to initiate the right moves that will make them 'net the ' the kind of men that they fancy! Taboo can only be a stopper in your mind that is denying you your natural right to be aroused and sexually satisfied, lady! No one should try to insinuate that it is wrong or even a sin for a woman to go out of her way to attract men in order to exercise her right! Every one has the responsibility of ensuring that no one is discriminated in whatever manner, including trying to discourage women from enjoying sex by deeming them immoral when they are bold enough to ask for it ! Come on girl, get out there and go for it ! Don't be afraid, don't be shy, lay it out plain . Let your man know that you are itching for a 'birth canal scrub'! The important thing to always keep in mind is that, every action has a consequence, positive or negative. Be prepared !

Love At First Bite !
Love is a mysterious feeling! It can be quite difficult to describe how exactly one feels when they are in love. The mystery becomes even more compounded when lust is confused with love. It is said that love is that total/holistic feeling of emotional attachment, while lust is merely a fleeting sense of wanting that easily dissipates once that 'want' is achieved. The problem is, it is never really easy to differentiate between the two; love and lust.(think of fraternal twins; so similar yet so different!) For most people, most of the time, lust takes the center stage of their intimate relations. People are attracted more to each other for the simple reason of satisfying their sexual curiosities as opposed to the pure magnetism of falling in love. no wonder we talk about falling in love: a tragedy! It should be meeting with love: an adventure! Lust is an end on it's own. It comes as it goes. There is no serious emotional attachment where lust rules. It's like a game of poker. You either lose or win! Love offers a chance for a win-win situation. Love is a give and take 'compromise'. Meaning as well as expecting to be loved back, one should be ready for rejection without feeling offended or willing to accept the half-baked love ! (given time, love has a way of maturing).Love takes time to grow. Sometimes it may take years for a couple to realize that their relation isn't just a 'friendly encounter'. This is after getting those feelings of emptiness and loneliness following a period of 'missing' one another. Physical presence is an important aspect of any relationship and especially so for a couple ready and willing to get intimate. Ironically, most people get intimate due to lust and fortunately or unfortunately (there are instances when people have regrets following 'accidental intimate encounters'!) found themselves 'stumbling into love'! This is the moment when one gets the taste of LOVE AT FIRST BITE !! What starts out as fulfillment of sexual curiosity may end up trapping one into an abyss of emotional confusion where one is rendered a slave of lust ! Sexual intercourse should therefore be treated with the caution and respect that it deserves. Only adults and people of sound health, both mental and physical can enjoy the pleasures of intimacy without guilt, regrets or fear. The important thing to keep in mind is that intimacy should never be an 'accidental occurrence' whereupon circumstances and situations are the only determining factors . People need to be freely willing to engage in the act of love making and fully aware of the consequences that may arise. Total enjoyment will only be achieved between couples who are both mentally and spiritually ready to connect because sex isn't simply a physical act. It's a magical spiritual experience that can easily enable us to achieve the Angelic feeling of a heaven on earth! Don't let yourself be a victim of love at first bite because it may not be the last bite! Remember once bitten............! Well don't give shyness a chance in your sex life. Free yourself, communicate, and enjoy !!
